Reservation Information

           Reservations are required. We are open year round, and ask for a two-night minimum on certain holiday and foliage weekends. You may make your initial contact by e-mail (read@sover.net) and then we will speak on the phone to complete the reservation form and information.

Rates

Our rooms range from $150 to $250 per night. We must add a 9% sales tax as well.

Deposit/Payment

A one-night deposit is required and is refundable, less 10%, if you cancel within 15 days. Payment is accepted in cash, personal or Travelers Checks, or Visa or Mastercard.

NO Smoking Policy

In consideration for all guests and employees, there is no smoking anywhere in the building at any time and this is strictly enforced. Those violating will be assessed a steep cleaning fee. In consideration for our guests who do smoke, we have designated a smoking area outside.

Allergies

Our beds all have down pillows, featherbeds, and comforters. However, we have available hypoallergenic alternatives if we know in advance. Please let us know if you have a feather allergy. There are no pets on premises, but neighborhood cats think they own our porch!

Children

We are sorry, but our inn is open to adults over 18.

Pets

We are sorry, no pets, and we have no pets on premises.

Check-in/out

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. If you are going to be very late in the evening, please let us know ahead of time. Check-out is 11 a.m.
